How do I get my StellarOne Visa Check Card?
If you have a StellarOne checking account, call 888.785.5271 for assistance. If you need a StellarOne checking account, call or stop by the Financial Center most convenient to you; the Visa Check Card will be issued with your new account.
StellarOne has added an extra layer of fraud detection to your Visa Check Card, making it even more secure to use! This enhanced security identifies transaction activity ourside of your normal Visa Check Card usage and is designed to better protect you.
StellarOne will never ask for personally identifiable information about your Visa Check Card, including your card number, account number, Social Security Number or the security code on the back of the card. If there is activity on your Visa Check Card outside of your normal debit card transaction history, a StellarOne representative will contact you to ensure there has been no unauthorized use of your card. This is only to ensure the activity is valid.
